Leadership: Shuaib Nazir (Director & Technology Lead)

Shuaib Nazir is the Director and Technology Lead at CSI YourWay, providing hands-on leadership for ERP implementations, customization, and modernization in multiple ERP ecosystems, where manufacturers need both deep product expertise and pragmatic delivery. He leads engagements from solution architecture through technical execution, ensuring ERP changes are scalable, supportable, and aligned to real operational outcomes. Backed by practical, cross-platform experience—so clients get a solution that fits their business rather than forcing their business to fit the software.

Community and commitment

Since 2016, CSIYourWay has supported manufacturing clients using CloudSuite Industrial (Syteline) for plant operations, helping them extend ERP value beyond “vanilla” functionality. We’ve also helped build the user community by establishing the first Canadian chapter of the Syteline User Network (SUN) in the Greater Toronto Area.
